Have you ever heard that honesty is the best policy. You have left me with the worst online buying experience that I have ever had .Luckily many others I had were much better. You inconvenienced me for almost a FULL-YEAR with your empty promises. I dont buy that shit about your recent problems. Your customers service has always been;for lack of a better term, shitty. I have waited a YEAR for a trim kit,elbow pads boots and carpet.You also promised be credit for merchandise for $50 and $40 whicch I have yet to receive. I still have yet to receive the boots and the carpet fits like shit. I will NEVER recommend you to any one else.
I was hoping that,god willing, that you would get you
come-uppance and you finally did. When saw that your email was down and you phone had changed, I was praying that you had gone out of business. You have the worst customer service I have seen. My complaint to the BBB is still open and has not been resolved . How ironic that I now feel that I have some closure. I will keep all the empty promise emails that you have sent me for future reference. good riddens.
